Alice Brachetto d'Acqui

Delicious fresh, sparkling red wine with fine aromas of fresh red fruit, such as strawberries and red berries. The taste is juicy and balanced sweet, with a fine tingle. The aftertaste is round and smooth.

Piedmont Brachetto

The brachetto is a unique wine from Piedmont. This red counterpart to the white moscato d'asti is made from the brachetto grape and has a comparable sweetness and a modest alcohol content. The grapes come from the Monferrato hills, in the south of Piedmont. After manual picking, the grapes soak briefly in the juice. They are then fermented at a very low temperature in a closed tank. Once approximately 5% alcohol has been formed, fermentation is stopped by strong cooling and filtering. This means that the sweetness of the grape and the carbon dioxide from fermentation remain in the wine. Best tasting within two years after harvest.
