Information
Perswijn connoisseurs: "The best imported Roero Arneis"
Perswijn: "Perhaps the most idiosyncratic white grape in Piemonte"
distinctive taste, more structure than exuberant aromas
strong white wine; perfect meal companion

Arneis, aromatic and complex

Dry white wine with a youthful and fragrant aroma of green apple pear and floral nuances. Delicious with many cold or warm starters with fish or with rich salads.

A delicious Piemonte

Arneis is one of the oldest white grape varieties in Piemonte and is best known in the Roero wine region around the town of Canale. It is precisely here on the sandy and calcareous soil that this grape performs best. Certainly in the hands of Francesco Monchiero who presses the grapes in an ingenious way: without contact with air and oxygen. Everything in his spotless cellar is all about hygiene, so that his wines are also tasteless flawless.

The 'azienda' is located in Canale in the heart of Roero: the region where Monchiero Carbone belongs to the group of best producers.
