The Petit Fumé of the famous domaine Michel Redde is a blend of sauvignon grapes from 10 to 15 year old vines originating from three different soil types: limestone limestone and flint (flint).
These terroirs have given Pouilly-Fumé a reputation and reputation. The current owner Thierry Redde has been assisted for a few years by his sons Romain and Sebastien. They produce flawless white wines in a natural way, ie without the addition of yeast cultures or enzymes.
