Description
Jean Louis Denois is one of the great names of Languedoc-Roussillon when it comes to quality wines. Its vineyards are located in the wine region Limoux south of the old city of Carcassonne. In this relatively cool wine region (high location because of the foothills of the Pyrenees) experiments are being carried out to the heart's content with grape varieties that are brought from elsewhere. Like this Chardonnay a grape that is ideally suited for cool vineyards.
