Description
Some wine lovers find pure verdejo, with its expressive smell and taste, too pronounced. They prefer to choose an assembly of different grape varieties from the Rueda region. Like this well-made and fresh-tasting blend of verdejo (50%), viura (30%) and sauvignon (20%).
Winemaker and oenologist Sara Román calls the El Fisgón her 'entry-level quality'. That is undoubtedly true in the range of this bodega, but other producers look at it with an envious eye!

Excellent as an aperitif or with cold and warm fish dishes.
Tasting note
Intensely fragrant, fresh dry white wine with impressions of boxwood, citrus and grapefruit. The fresh, almost tingling taste remains aromatic, fresh and long lasting. Lots of aromatic length!

Drink now, keep for two years after harvest.
