Powerful and concentrated
Full and dry in taste
Decant it for even more aroma!

Tasting note Sepp Moser GV

Fresh dry white wine with an aroma of herbs and yellow fruit. The taste is full dry and aromatic. Excellent with fish or light pasta dishes with mushrooms. Also delicious with asparagus!

Description

Niki Moser belongs to the top of the Austrian wine division. Due to his idiosyncratic choice for biodynamic viticulture, he has succeeded in distinguishing his powerful and concentrated wines from other winemakers. An important feature is that Niki Moser's wines only present themselves well after a number of months of aging in the bottle. His advice is even to pour the white wines into a decanter, a practice that is being used by more and more sommeliers so that the wine becomes significantly more aromatic. This Grüner Veltliner is made from a low-yield vineyard planted on terraces and is one of Sepp Moser's best wines.
