Domaine Olivier Bourgogne Blanc Les 2 Dindes

The Olivier domaine was founded in the 1960s by Hervé Olivier. Since the 2002 harvest, it has been managed by Antoine and Rachel Olivier. They cultivate 9.5 ha. vineyard and have chosen quality; no chemical weed killing (“protection raisonnée”) and restriction of yields. Harvesting is done exclusively by hand to obtain optimally ripe and healthy grapes. As a result, the characteristics of the “terroir” (soil) are expressed all the better. This approach shows a lot of respect for nature.
