Pure dry white wine from France with the aroma of banana and ripe apple. The taste is dry to the touch. Great as an aperitif but also delicious with fresh salads and cold starters.

Description

Château de la Jaubertie in Bergerac has been using organic grape cultivation since 2005. Owner Hugh Ryman, an oenologist trained in Bordeaux, was convinced by his neighbor when, in a wet and cool year, it turned out that there was less fungal disease in the organic vineyard. Ryman's technical skills guarantee a flawless fresh dry white wine. It is also made from the blend of sémillon and sauvignon grapes, which is so characteristic of the Bergerac region. In the Natura, with a share of 80%, mainly the sémillon is present. Ryman makes a selection for the Natura in the vineyard and harvests these grapes a little earlier to maintain more freshness.
