The origin of the winemaker is clearly palpable in this slightly wood-aged white wine. Reminiscent of a luxurious Burgundy, but without the corresponding price tag. The Cabernet-Merlot is a classic Bordeaux blend, but with the ripe fruit and warm character of the French south. Also a favorite of many. |
