Château Puech-Haut Languedoc Argali Rosé

A fresh and delicate nose with aromas of white peaches and lychees, along with hints of flowers and minerals. A sparkling, robust rosé with plenty of body and depth, and a delicately fruity finish.

This exceptional rosé is being embraced by international wine journalists. Renowned wine journalist (formerly Robert Parker) Jeb Dunnuck has been a fan for years and recently awarded it 90 points. Exceptionally high for a rosé!

A Prestige from the Languedoc

Owner Gerard Bru is a self-made man. He became wealthy after selling a business and investing his money in a plot of land northwest of Montpellier. Except for a few olive trees, there was nothing there. Not a single vine in sight, anyway.

Not yet an AOC, Gerard had complete confidence in this terroir with its clay and slate soils. Since then, Château Haut Puech has grown into a prestigious estate with just 187 hectares of vineyards. They produce 10 different red wines, two white wines, and three rosés distributed across the Coteaux du Languedoc, Pic Saint Loup, and Saint Drezery regions.

Olives and truffles

Besides wine, Gerard has always left room for the olive trees he found on the land he purchased. The old trees still cover 15 hectares. The olives are still harvested and transformed into limited-edition olive oil, available only in the estate shop.

Another special feature of the estate at Château Puech Haut: truffles can be found there! Another plot of approximately 15 hectares is full of ancient oak trees. On this plot, you can find black gold: black truffles!
