A delicious Chardonnay

An approachable and versatile white wine with a pure aroma of peach, apricot, melon, and toast. Juicy and full-bodied with a lovely freshness. The finish is lingering with ripe yellow fruit and a hint of almond. Perfect as an aperitif, or with (fish) salads, chicken, or white meat.

The grapes are grown in the Languedoc region, around the village of Saint-Cyrice, which also gave its name to this wine range. Once ripe, they are harvested in the cool of the night and immediately transported to the cellar. This ensures they are in optimal health when pressed.

After pressing, the grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks. Here, too, cool temperatures are maintained to ensure the grapes retain as much of their fruity, characteristic grape character as possible.

The result is an expressive, distinctively flavorful white wine, with notes of peach, mango, and a touch of creaminess. It's delicious as an aperitif or cocktail, but also excellent at the table, for example, with fish or chicken. The house wine for Chardonnay lovers!
