Special blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Garganega
From Amarone expert Accordini
Delicious with fish or risotto with green vegetables

Description

The red Tempus from our beloved Amarone house Accordini captured the hearts of many wine lovers in a short time. It is therefore with great pleasure that we now introduce the white variant of this wine.

White wine from a Valpolicella producer? Absolutely, and what a wine it is! While Valpolicella may be pre-eminently a red wine region, the Veneto (where Valpolicella is located) has at least as good a reputation for its white wines from, for example, Soave, Custoza, and Lugana.

The Accordini family makes its white wine from the international Sauvignon Blanc and the Soave Garganega grape. Once optimally ripe, the grapes are harvested by hand. After a short maceration on the skins for optimal aromatics, the grapes are pressed and the juice ferments in stainless steel tanks.

It produces a fragrant, juicy, and intensely flavorful white wine that pairs particularly well with many fish dishes or starters, or risotto with green vegetables. As far as we are concerned, it is already a favorite!
