An elegant, smooth white wine that pairs beautifully with (grilled) seafood or fish, such as BBQ prawns, grilled tuna pieces, cod with toasted pumpkin seeds, or soft cheeses.
Tasting note
A refined, dry white wine with aromas of apple, pear, peach, brioche, and toast. Intensely juicy and full-bodied with good fruitiness and a lovely freshness. Smoky oak notes in the lingering finish.
Shelf life
Beautiful now; easy to keep for up to 5 years after harvest date.
