Description
No alcohol, but quality from noble grape varieties. That, in a nutshell, is the exquisite alcohol-free Esquisse series, made by a family of winemakers.
The white is a blend of international star grapes Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier. A proven combination, where the fresh, vibrant aroma of the Sauvignon is perfectly complemented by the tropical, lush aromas of the Viognier.
Once harvested, it is first made into a white wine in the cellar through fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The alcohol is then extracted, resulting in a Esquisse containing a whopping 0.0% alcohol.
Enjoy this refreshing, juicy, and fruity white wine as an aperitif, with salads, fish, or asparagus. It's best served well chilled!
