A powerful, oak-matured Chardonnay to enjoy with flavourful dishes such as oven-baked salmon, chicken with cream sauce, vegetable lasagna with pumpkin or gado gado with peanut sauce.
A lemon-yellow wine with intense aromas of ripe apple, melon, vanilla, caramel, and butter. The palate is rich and smooth with mild acidity. A smooth finish with notes of cream and nuts.
Beautiful now; will keep for at least 6 years from harvest date.
