On the northern side of Deidesheim, the favourable location of the Herrgottsacker vineyard ensures a racy, fresh wine style. The grapes ripen evenly and not too quickly in the relatively cool German climate, the prerequisite for high quality. This preserves the fresh acids and the grapes still reach perfect ripeness. The Herrgottsacker can be drunk young but can also be easily stored for several years. Ideal for lovers of matured Riesling!
