A beautiful dark ruby red Vintage Port with lots of fruit, length and character.
Description
The Bioma Vinha Velha (from old vines) is a single vineyard Port of the Pisca vineyard in which vines are more than 80 and sometimes even more than 100 years old. This results in a Port with optimal terroir expression and intensity. The vineyard is biologically processed and the Port is matured in 550ltr 'pipes' as happened centuries ago. Bottled in April 2011.
