Powerful, full, concentrated and refined, sweet attack. Long finish. Delicious as an aperitif and with cheeses.
The vineyard is laid out on terraces - some terraces have only a single row of vines. Incidentally, all vineyards have A status. Traditionally, pressing with the foot. Then vinification in stainless steel, at controlled temperature. The port is aged for two years in old barrels of different sizes. Traditionally, the "pipa", which contains 550 liters. The color is dark purple, almost black in its youth, but dark red after many years of bottle aging. Port has a considerable amount of depot after a number of years, which makes decanting necessary.
