Almansa Unico
The Almansa wine region is located about 100 kilometers from Valencia and Alicante. Warm summers and cool winters characterize the climate. Juna Pablo Bonete makes a special, slightly sweet white wine from hand-picked verdejo and sauvignon grapes in his vineyard Los Timonares. The grapes are not completely fermented, so that a little natural sweet remains. A delicious combination with the intense grape aromas! The name unico undoubtedly has to do with the fact that these types of wines are hardly made in Spain. The application is interesting from a culinary point of view. Many dishes need a wine that does not taste completely dry.
