Almansa Unico
The Almansa wine region is located about 100 kilometers from Valencia and Alicante. Warm summers and cool winters characterize the climate. Juna Pablo Bonete makes a unique, slightly sweet white wine from hand-picked Verdejo and Sauvignon grapes at his Los Timonares vineyard. The grapes are not fully fermented, so a touch of natural sweetness remains. A delicious combination with the intense grape aromas! The name "unico" undoubtedly relates to the fact that this type of wine is rarely produced in Spain. Its culinary uses are interesting, as many dishes require a wine that is not completely dry.
