David Nieuwoudt is currently the fifth-generation owner of this beautiful winery in the northern part of South Africa. The vineyards are located in the Cederberg region of the same name, at an altitude of over 1,000 meters. The cool and extremely remote location results in a virus-free vineyard. Cederberg wines are distinguished by their elegance and purity of fruit aromas and flavors, and have won numerous medals.

Thanks to the high and cool altitude of the Cederberg vineyards, David Nieuwoudt can create delicious, crisp white wines here. Like this Sauvignon Blanc, which is made with minimal contact with oxygen. The vinification process is also modern, with cool maceration and fermentation.
