Information

Organic Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah
Beautifully refined with a subtle, juicy-fresh taste
Lovely aperitif rosé or with summer salads
Best taste within 2 years after harvest

A delicious Rhone blend

A beautiful dry rosé with a salmon-pink hue and a refined aroma of red fruit and mild spices. The flavor begins soft, mild, and rounded, developing in a balanced and persistent manner.

Francois Collard

Delicate and refreshing. This is how François Collard describes his rosé, which draws on the elegance of Provence rosé but distinguishes itself with more juiciness. Made primarily from directly pressed Grenache and Mourvèdre grapes, supplemented with a touch of Syrah. The ripeness of the grapes, and here too, the limited yield, is evident in the fresh yet subtly juicy and classically dry flavor. Fleur d'Eglantine is a perfect, organic patio rosé and pairs well with summer salads. No artificial candy aromas, but refined elegance at its finest.
