Information
Near the village of Seddon, in the Awatare Valley (Marlborough), lie the beautiful vineyards of Eradus Wines. The microclimate (little rain, plenty of sun, and cool summer nights) and the soil are perfectly suited to the specific character of New Zealand wines. The poor, rocky soil provides the typical minerality and grassy notes.
In 2004, Michiel Eradus, together with his wife Hanna, took over the estate from his father Har, who started the winery in 1982 after emigrating from the Netherlands. Production comes from the 12 hectares of their own vineyards (Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, and Pinot Gris).

Gedronken in een restaurant en toch maar even opgezocht. Snel in huis en ook daar veel hij niet tegen!
