Information
The renowned quality of the Delaunay family
Similar to Chardonnay in taste style
Modern, fruity and versatile

Description
With Le Bouquet 3159, we introduce a wine made from a truly special grape. The Delaunay family has launched their innovative, "hot and happening" Bouquet grape series, named after researcher and founder Alain Bouquet. What's special about this series is that, thanks to backcrossing, the grapes are more disease-resistant. This aligns perfectly with the trend toward increasingly sustainable vineyard practices.

Winemaker Jeanne Delaunay chose the white bouquet 3159. This Chardonnay-like grape is not only more resistant to mold and well-suited to the warm Mediterranean climate of the Languedoc, but also capable of producing fine quality wine – a natural requirement for the family. Thanks to the grape's characteristics, Jeanne can operate more ecologically and significantly reduce CO2 emissions.

Besides being good for the planet, this delicious wine is also a treat for your taste buds. It's a modern, fruity white wine, very similar in aroma and texture to Chardonnay. It has seductive notes of ripe white and yellow fruit, brioche, and almond, a full, juicy flavor, and a lingering finish. Taste it for yourself and discover the wine of the future!

Drinking at
An original, seductive dry white wine perfect for enjoying on its own or with refined dishes. It pairs beautifully with seafood salads, a mussel casserole, pan-fried sole with cauliflower cream, or young, hard cheeses.

Tasting note
A youthful white wine with a striking aroma of pear, peach, lemongrass, brioche, and cream. The palate is full and intensely juicy with ripe fruit and mild acidity. An elegant finish with notes of toast and almond.

Shelf life
Beautiful now; keeps for up to 4 years after harvest date.
