When it comes to alcohol-free alternatives, sparkling tea is undoubtedly one of our favorites. This surprising and refreshing drink originated in Scandinavia and, in our opinion, is so successful because it is not too sweet and – just like wine – has an exciting, layered flavor.

This Sparkling Tea from C. Kloss comes from the Mosel; after all, there must remain a link to the wine. The base is cold-brewed tea (white, black, and green gunpowder), supplemented with (not too sweet) grape juice. The Naturtalente Grüner Tee owes its fragrance to various types of blossoms, including – very recognizably – jasmine. No sugar is added (apart from the grape sugars in the juice).

The result is a subtle sparkling tea, with refined aroma and a soft, dry taste. An original alcohol-free alternative to sparkling wine for festive occasions. Thanks to the slight bitterness, this bubbly is not only delicious on its own, but also paired with snacks and light dishes. Alcohol-free has never tasted so good!
