A festive, alcohol-free sparkling wine? Then try this surprising Naturtalente Weiss from the Mosel region. Not a non-alcoholic wine, but—inspired by the beloved Scandinavian sparkling tea—a sparkling tea!

Producer C. Kloss uses cloudy apple juice from orchards in the Mosel as a base and enriches it with various regional ingredients: nettle, blackberry leaf, lemon balm, peppermint and lime blossom tea and – the secret ingredient – fermented celeriac.

After the infusion, which creates an exciting, layered aroma and flavor, carbon dioxide is added, giving it a mild, refreshing fizz. The artisanally produced Naturtalente Weiss therefore has a fruity, green-herbal aroma, a harmonious, fresh, and layered flavor, and a refined spiciness in the finish.

It's perfect as an aperitif or drinks, but thanks to its spicy, savory flavors, it also pairs well with light dishes. An adventurous alcohol-free alternative!
