The Côté Aix is made from Grenache and Syrah grapes, grown organically around Aix-en-Provence. The south-facing vineyards have poor, light soils composed of weathered slate and white quartz. The grapes ripen perfectly there, yet retain a pleasant freshness.

Once harvested, the grapes are immediately pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, which ensures pure fruit expression. The result is a versatile rosé, perfect for enjoying on a patio, on a boat, during a picnic, or, of course, at the table. Suggestions? Goat cheese salad, grilled fish, or pasta with lemon.
