With its characteristic light salmon pink colour, seductive aromas of strawberry and raspberry and juicy, thirst-quenching taste, this beautiful Provence is a true pleasure in the glass. Add to that the modest alcohol content, the beautiful bottle shape and the sympathetic price and you have an unadulterated summer hit on your hands.

The Coté Aix is made from Grenache and Syrah grapes, which are grown organically around Aix-en-Provence. The vineyards face south and have a poor, light soil consisting of weathered slate and white quartz. The grapes can ripen perfectly there, but also retain a pleasant freshness.

Once picked, the grapes are immediately pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, which ensures a pure fruit expression. The result is a multi-purpose rosé, which is perfect to drink on the terrace, on the boat, during a picnic, or of course at the table. Suggestions? Salad with goat cheese, grilled fish or pasta with lemon.
