Drinking at
A beautiful, crisp, dry Chablis to enjoy on its own. Delicious with refined fish or shellfish dishes, such as sushi, avocado and shrimp salad, mussels, or scallops.
Tasting note
A refined white wine with aromas of apple, peach, melon, and brioche. Full and juicy on the palate with ripe stone fruit and invigorating acidity. The finish is lingering, beautifully creamy, and chalk-dry.
Shelf life
At its best between 2 and 7 years after harvest.
