Description
No alcohol, but quality from noble grape varieties. That, in a nutshell, is the exquisite alcohol-free Esquisse series, made by a family of winemakers.
This surprising red is a blend of the Bordeaux Merlot grape and the southern French Grenache. Together they create an accessible red with ripe fruit, a hint of spice, and a full flavor.
After harvesting, the grapes are fermented in the cellar as for a normal red wine. The wine is then dealcoholized, resulting in Esquisse containing 0.0% alcohol.
This red 0.0 is a great alternative to a smooth, fruity red wine. It's delicious on its own or as an aperitif, but also at the table, for example, with pasta and tomato sauce. Serve slightly chilled for the best experience.
