The Pró Cava Brut half bottle

Cava is the Spanish sparkling wine that is usually made in the Barcelona area. The Cava de Pró is produced according to the Método Tradicional, the best way to make high-quality mousseux.

Part of this is that the wine undergoes two fermentations, one of which takes place in the bottle. After fermentation, the cava matures for another nine months, creating beautiful ripening aromas.

This brut has a refined, dry taste and is made from the area's typical grape varieties: xarello (50%), macabeo (30%) and parellada. The ideal aperitif, with or without some snacks. Something different for once? Then add a scoop of lemon ice to your glass of cava for the perfect refreshing spoom!
