Information
Tempting, wood-aged white wine to drink as an aperitif, or to combine with beautiful (fish) dishes. Nice with fried cod or plaice, quiche with salmon or young white mold cheese.
Tasting note
Refined, dry white wine with a subtle scent of candied lime, grapefruit, melon and toast. The taste is full and juicy, with ripe citrus fruit and fresh acidity. Lingering finish with butter and fine oak. Nicely typed.
Shelf life
Ready to drink soon after bottling and can be stored for 6 to 7 years after harvest.
