Drink with
Fresh dry white wine with power and refinement, ideal for pairing with fine dishes. Great with mussels with garden herbs and lime, stew with chicken, apricot and olives or (fish) paella.
Tasting note
Lemon yellow wine with an open scent of pear, mango, apricot, honeycomb and toast. The taste is powerful and intensely juicy with ripe yellow fruit and lively fresh acidity. Long finish with fine peach bitters.

At its best between 2 and 8 years after harvest.
