When it comes to non-alcoholic alternatives, sparkling tea is undoubtedly one of our favorites. This surprising and refreshing drink originated in Scandinavia and, in our opinion, is so successful because it's not too sweet and—like wine—has an exciting, layered flavor.

This Sparkling Tea from C. Kloss comes from the Mosel; after all, there has to be a connection to the wine. The base is cold-brewed tea (white, black, and green gunpowder), supplemented with (not too sweet) grape juice. The Naturtalente Grüner Tea owes its fragrance to various types of blossoms, including – very recognizably – jasmine. Sugar is not added (apart from the grape sugars in the juice).

The result is a subtle sparkling tea with a refined aroma and a soft, dry taste. An original alcohol-free alternative to sparkling wine, perfect for festive occasions. Thanks to its slightly bitter note, this sparkling wine is delicious not only on its own but also paired with appetizers and light dishes. Alcohol-free has never tasted so good!
