Fresh, dry white wine from Italy with an aroma of fresh fruit and light toast. The juicy, fruity taste pairs well with cold buffets or fresh starters. Also delicious as an aperitif.

The two brothers, Eligio and Claudio Bonomo, are the proud owners of Monte del Frá, a beautiful estate in Custoza Veneto. The name dates back to the time when a small monastery stood on this hill (monte), where monks (fra) lived. They now also produce wine outside Custoza, such as Soave and Lugana. The full-bodied white Lugana is made from a variety of the Trebbiano grape found exclusively in this wine region. The vineyards are located around Peschiera del Garda, east of Lake Garda. After fermentation, the wine ages on the lees for approximately 6 months. This creates the characteristic full flavor, making this Lugana an excellent accompaniment to various dishes.
