Etienne Loew from Westhoffen

Etienne Loew, based in the village of Westhoffen, firmly believes that the quality of his wine is 100% determined in the vineyard, and his goal is to allow the terroir to express itself as fully as possible. This is one of the reasons he switched to biodynamic viticulture in 2009. The technical expertise of "oenologist" Etienne guarantees pure vinification in the cellar, and he is considered one of Alsace's "inside secrets." The Muscat comes from hillside vineyards on terraces. The soil is rich in clay and proves to be very suitable for Muscat grapes, which are difficult to grow and therefore rarely planted in Alsace. But good-quality dry Muscat like this one from Loew is unique, has high quality, and is a rewarding wine for lovers of wine and food pairings.
