From Provence
When you think of Côtes de Provence, you probably immediately think of rosé. It's much less well known that Provence produces some of France's finest white wines.
This is undoubtedly due to limited availability, but also because most white wines from regions like Palette, Cassis, and AOP Côtes de Provence remain in France. Southern French gastronomy loves them and buys the majority of their production.
In the last 10 years, many white grape plantings have been replaced by red grapes to meet the explosive growth in demand for rosé. This has made white Provence even more exclusive.
In our opinion, Cru Classé producer Domaine de Rimauresq makes one of the best white wines in the region and is a true gem in our collection. This powerful, round, and concentrated white wine, made from the Rolle grape, is absolutely worth tasting and savoring! It pairs beautifully with summer salads or grilled fish, for example.
