Dry white wine from French Provence with a subtle aroma of small yellow fruit and flowers. The strong taste goes very well with bouillabaisse fish dishes and white meat.
From Provence
When you think of Côtes de Provence, you probably immediately think of rosé. It is much less known that Provence produces one of the best white wines in France.
This is undoubtedly due to the limited availability, but also because most white wines from, for example, Palette, Cassis and AOP Côtes de Provence remain in France. The southern French gastronomy loves it and buys most of the production.
In the last 10 years, much planting of white grapes has been replaced by blue grapes to meet the explosively growing demand for rosé. That has made white Provence even more exclusive.
We believe that the Cru Classé producer Domaine de Rimauresq makes one of the best white wines in the region and is a gem in our range. This powerful, round and concentrated white wine from the rolle grape is definitely worth tasting and enjoying! Nice to combine with, for example, summer meal salads or grilled fish.
