Cru Classé of Vermentino
Dry white wine from the French Provence with a subtle aroma of small yellow fruits and flowers. The powerful taste pairs very well with bouillabaisse, fish dishes, and white meat.
From Provence
When you think of Côtes de Provence, you probably immediately think of rosé. It is much less well known that Provence produces one of the best white wines in France.
This is undoubtedly due to limited availability, but also because most white wines from, for example, Palette, Cassis, and AOP Côtes de Provence remain in France. Southern French gastronomy loves them and buys the majority of the production.
Moreover, in the last 10 years, much of the white grape planting has been replaced by red grapes to meet the explosively growing demand for rosé. This has made white Provence even more exclusive.
In our opinion, Cru Classé producer Domaine de Rimauresq makes one of the best white wines of the region and is a gem in our assortment. This powerful, round, and concentrated white wine made from the Rolle grape is absolutely worth tasting and enjoying! It pairs beautifully with, for example, summer salads or grilled fish.
