Fragrant dry white wine with a spicy, spicy and fruity aroma. The taste is fresh, juicy and aromatic, with a smooth and balanced finish.

 

Organic Sauvignon Blanc, Verdejo

There are still real discoveries to be made in lesser-known wine regions. Trouvailles that surprise everyone during comparative blind tastings. A good example is Palacio de Cirat from the small Almansa in southeastern Spain. The region is not well known and has a persistent reputation as a supplier of mediocre wine.

This is an incentive for owner and winemaker Juan Pablo Bonete to show the great potential this region has. He makes two excellent wines for a competitive price on the 110-hectare Finca Los Timonares. From the 2015 harvest, the wine has been certified organic and has already been discovered by many sommeliers as the ideal house wine.

The dry white wine is dusty aromatic, fresh in taste, flawless and made from the Verdejo and Sauvignon grape.
