Refined, smooth, dry white wine to drink on its own. Excellent with boiled mussels or other shellfish, grilled tuna, pasta with chicken, or soft cheese.
Tasting note
Lemon-yellow colored wine with a refined aroma of lime, grapefruit, pear, light oak, and flint. The taste is full and beautifully juicy with pure citrus fruit. The finish is long and invigoratingly fresh with light butter and toast.
Shelf life
Ready to drink soon after bottling; keeps for up to 6-7 years after the harvest.
