Drink at
Mouth-filling, creamy wine with a lot of depth. Gastronomically versatile, such as with a salad with mango and walnuts, risotto with crayfish, fried sole with raisin-lentil salsa or mild red mold cheeses.
Tasting note
Light lemon yellow with fragrant aromas of nectarine, apricot, pear, vanilla and aniseed. The taste is intense, full and unctuous with ripe yellow fruit and mild acidity. Long finish with nuances of hazelnut and butter.

Beautiful now and will keep for at least 7 years after harvest.
