What the non-alcoholic Mr. Grape from our Rheinhessen star Stefan Winter so successful? The fact that Mr. Grape doesn't try to be wine. Alcohol is such a determining element in wine that when you take the alcohol out, it will always remain only an approximation.

It is precisely for this reason that Stefan does not choose to ferment his grapes for this non-alcoholic alternative and then remove the alcohol again. Instead, he selects very good quality grapes: Riesling and Müller-Thurgau, which he also uses for his wines. He harvests them in perfectly healthy condition and immediately processes them in the cellar.



He does not opt for pasteurization (heating) of the juice, as is usual with fruit juices, but cold-filters the juice to stabilize it. As a result, it retains both its quality and its pure taste. For extra liveliness, Stefan then adds some carbon dioxide to the grape juice.

This results in a sparkling, refreshing non-alcoholic alternative, with a pure, juicy fruit flavor and a high drinkability level. Perfect for drivers, moms-to-be, Dry January or to toast with the kids. Also delicious with summer fruit desserts.

Tasting note

Lemon yellow and slightly sparkling with fragrant aromas of fresh grapes and peach. Invigorating and pure fruity taste. Intensely juicy and with a mildly sweet finish.
