Francesco selects only the finest plots from his vineyards for the production of his top-quality wine, the world-famous Brunello di Montalcino. His style is also seductive in this wine. While highly concentrated, its accessibility and beautiful complexity are striking. It's no wonder the wine press is so enthusiastic about it.
Of course, Francesco hand-picks the grapes, and after fermentation, they spend 18 to 24 months in French and Slovenian oak. This long aging process allows the Brunello to clear naturally, and the wine is bottled without filtration. Top-notch!
