Information
smooth, refined red wine
côtes du rhône at its best
full, spicy and juicy
delicious with spicy meat and spicy pasta

Alary comes from the Cotes du Rhone

A beautiful rh̫one with a bright red colour. The aroma is youthful fruity and spicy; the taste full and smooth. Excellent with cold dishes of lightly spiced meat or spicy pasta dishes.

In 1692, the Alary family settled in Cairanne and started making wine. The current owner, Denis Alary, is proud of the long history and tradition of his family estate, but that does not stop him from constantly innovating. Since 2009, Denis has been 'farming' completely organically: he is convinced that this results in healthy and optimally ripe grapes.

Grenache, Syrah and Carrignan

Thanks to this natural process in the vineyard, vinification is more spontaneous and with fewer external interventions. In addition, a mild and relatively short extraction period ensures a soft and round taste structure. The La Gerbaude plot - clay and limestone soil, covered with large pebbles - is planted with Grenache, Syrah and Carignan.

Denis makes a full and refined red wine from it. This is Côtes du Rhône at its best!
