smooth and elegant in taste
matches well with antipasti and pasta bolognese

Beautiful red wine from Piedmont

Italian red wine with a spicy aroma and nuances of cherry spice and light oak. The palate is smooth and elegant. Excellent with many antipasti and pasta bolognese.

Looking for white wine? Then take a look at our Roero Arneis

Francesco Carbone's vineyards are located in the heart of the Roero region around the town of Canale. This wine region, with its sandy and chalky soil, is best known for its excellent white Roero, made from the Arneis grape, and its red Roero, made from Nebbiolo. The latter produces a more accessible and rounder wine in this region than Barolo, the famous wine region bordering the Roero. Francesco makes Regret from Nebbiolo grapes, which are fermented for a relatively short time during the fermentation process. After approximately six months of oak aging, the wine is already accessible in the first year after bottling. Naturally, the wine exhibits the characteristic Nebbiolo tannins and therefore pairs best with a variety of dishes.
