Crisp, dry white wine from France with an aroma of green apple, boxwood, and lime. The taste is fresh, smooth, and clean. An excellent aperitif on the terrace or with fresh fish starters.

Sauvignon blanc & Colombard from Gascony

Philippe Fezas is a qualified oenologist. At his own Domaine Chiroulet in Southwest France, he produces, among others, this pure, expressive white Gascogne, probably the best in the region. Particularly by allowing a somewhat lower yield in the vineyards than usual, the Colombard and Sauvignon grapes ripen better. And thanks to the high quality of the skins, Philippe can apply a so-called skin maceration. In this process, the grapes with the skins soak in the juice for some time. The result: significantly more intensity in aroma and taste. After fermentation, the wine remains in contact with the yeast cells for a while for an even fuller and softer taste. Highly recommended.
