This fine wine naturally tastes great as an aperitif, but is also a popular accompaniment to summer and Mediterranean dishes. For example, grilled fish, or a salad with roasted peppers and chicken. Domaine de Rimauresq, together with a handful of Provencal wine producers, is allowed to carry the quality designation cru classé.
