Description

This Chardonnay wine is produced in the hills of Limoux. This wine region is located in southern France, south of the city of Carcassonne, in the foothills of the Pyrenees. In these high-altitude vineyards, the temperature is lower than in the valley vineyards, which favors the ripening of the grapes. The slower and more even the ripening, the better the quality! The result is a dry white wine that truly tastes dry without any distracting residual sweetness. This makes the wine a better accompaniment to food and also makes a refreshing aperitif wine.
