Description
This gastronomic wine has a soft character thanks to the fine clay soils of the Piedmontese hills of Cairanne and is just like its terroir: sunny and luminous. This vintage, too, is the result of passion and time. Unique due to its slow fermentation in barrels in our cellars, this beer will seduce you with its sensual notes and minerality.
This wine has a bright, golden color. The rich nose opens with notes of peach, honeysuckle, white flowers, and a hint of honey. The rich and very refined palate is accompanied by a mineral freshness. It can be aged for 4 to 5 years.
Our white Cairanne vintage “L'Exigence” pairs well with mature cheeses, white meats, and mushrooms.
