Description

 

New from the 2021 vintage is this delicious Brut de Cuve rosé. Arjolle makes it primarily from Cinsault from a three-hectare plot planted just a few years ago. This typical Languedoc grape yields a juicy, delicate, and aromatic wine in the style of the sought-after Provence rosé.

After fermentation, the wine remains in the tank for several months, allowing natural filtration to take place. The yeast cells and cloudy components sink to the bottom and are separated from the clear wine just before bottling.

The Brut de Cuve is bottled without any additives and is not filtered. As a result, the wine is slightly cloudy and the delicate fruitiness of the Cinsault is fully preserved. It produces a beautiful, light-bodied rosé with aromas of small red fruits. Perfect for the terrace, as an aperitif, or with light salads.

Light salmon-pink wine with an appealing aroma of raspberry, strawberry, peach, anise, and bay leaf. Accessible, beautifully juicy, and crisp dry on the palate with small red fruit. The finish is mild and elegant.
