A bright red French wine with a powerful, fresh aroma of delicate red fruit. The flavor is juicy and full-bodied. Delicious with poultry, veal, and seasoned fish. Also delicious on its own.
Description
A budding winegrower who took over this small estate from his parents. Until recently, he brought 100% of the harvest to the local Fleurie cooperative. This didn't satisfy Bruno's efforts. His excellent Fleurie was blended with inferior wine from other, less quality-conscious producers! The wine Bruno now bottles and sells himself is a selection of his most successful casks. If he's less satisfied with some casks, they still go to the cooperative. This Fleurie is very typical of its origin. A wine bursting with fruit, with round, accessible, and fruity flavors.
